I think Bruceie should stop saying "Vote for your favourite" and say "Vote for who you think is the best dancer", probably wouldn`t make a lot of difference, but maybe a little...............?

I think that John should have gone as its so unfair that better dancers are getting booted off and all he seems to do is stamp about!!!!...Really shocked at Rachel and Vincent in the bottom 2

To be fair, it WAS his first really bad week, it didn`t matter before because there were other poor dancers, but now............He isn`t to blame for the way the viewers are voting, and I don`t think he should resign as was suggested on teletext today, it wouldn`t be fair on his professional partner.

Even John has improved, but if it was up to me it would be John and Cheri in the last 2.

Well, Cherie was there, but John escaped again! But then again, as well as being a dance competition, it`s also an entertainment programme, and if people are being entertained by John then they have a perfect right to vote for him. And Bruce and Tess DO say "Vote for your FAVOURITE".

I said all along that Cheri was a one trick pony....she can do ballroom but is pants at latin......John should have been in the bottom 2 no matter how much he's improved.....every body that's gone out in the last 6 weeks is better than him but there are only good people left in now and for one of them to go and him to stay is making a mockery of the whole thing......it's a dance competition and he can't dance.....he should be feeling really guilty now and if he was in anyway decent he would back out

But backing out isn`t in the rules of the show. If people are voting for him he should be in there. Remember Kenny Logan last year? He was rubbish, but was there up to the quarter finals, BECAUSE people voted for him. His own wife was better, but went before he did. At least John is entertaining to watch, and no, I haven`t been voting for him!

Also John staying only means other dancers leave one week earlier than if he went, so if he doesn't win he won't have affected the outcome at all.

I know what your saying is true but it's more dissapointing for the person who has to go in what should be his place.....if it were me and I was in his shoes I'd feel so guilty I'd have to tell people NOT to vote for me

Think of it like this - if the rubbish dancer who tried but didn't dance well was a HC member - would you vote for them or someone else?

I think it's sad the nasty comment have got to him, people paid to keep him in the show and everyone should have respected that, this way anyone can be bullied out of the show.

oh now that IS a shame...i have to say i felt a bit uncomfortable for him on strickly bbc2 on monday...the judges were going for him again.

at the end of the day if the BBC dont want rubbish dancers then they should make the contestants audition for the show!

I am extremely annoyed at the way John Sergeant has been bullied and hounded out of Strictly Come Dancing!! He may not have been the best dancer on there, but it`s an entertainment programme as well, and he was obviously entertaining an awful lot of people, and he DID put in many hours of training and tried very hard to get it right. Who are the dancers going to blame when they`re voted off now? The judges and all the other dissenters should be feeling thoroughly ashamed of themselves!
